We had to find a company that was experienced in not only cleaning a hoarder's home but also be compassionate and mindful of how difficult this is for a hoarder. Bio One is top notch in all areas. They were prompt and we're fair with their pricing. When the cleaning day came, they treated us with patience and kindness. I would not only use them again should the need arise, I would highly recommend.

HIGHLY recommend Keith Clark with BioOne. He should be at least 1 of your quotes! We had a death in a home with a hoarder / cat situation in which we dealt with each one 2 months apart. He did exactly WHAT he promised, WHEN he promised and was flexible to unforeseen issues that came up. Sometimes not charging and sometimes understandably needing to charge more but it was a fair price when he could have taken advantage of the situation. He ALWAYS took our calls or called us back in a reasonable amount of time. He was knowledgeable, considerate & compassionate to the situation which wasn't fun to deal with. He was on site most of the time, and when he wasn't he gave specific instructions and everyone kept busy. Keith was engaged, upbeat, energetic, communicated with us well, treated his employees with respect and worked along side of them. His workers were nice (shout out to Chris too), very hard working people dealing with this mess of a house. Lastly he was competitively priced. Actually he was less than half of 1 quote which we couldn't have afforded. I wish more companies did business like Keith, life would be so much more easy!!

We called Keith when we needed a clean-up of a relative's house that pet mess and was in disarray. Keith gave a thorough quote and was able to get to the job the same week in my short timeframe since I was in from out of town. Floors, walls and surfaces were all cleaned to my satisfaction and trash was removed! He was kind and compassionate in a difficult situation going above and beyond to even clean inside the Kitchen Aid mixer and taking the trash that I had cleaned out out of the house prior to arrival. I would definitely recommend his services if you are in a messy situation.
