Keith and his team were fantastic to work with. They assisted us in cleaning up my Grandfather's bedroom after his death (suicide). Our family asked that they simply make it look like it never happened, and they did. They were incredibly sensitive during an impossibly tragic situation. They helped us save many important family items, by cleaning and sanitizing them, so they wouldn't need to be disposed of. I honestly can't say enough about how much I appreciated the entire team. I highly recommend this business.

Keith and his team were amazing!! His team worked efficiently and quickly. My Aunt’s kitchen was in desperate need of a clean-out. She had things all over the floor, countertops, and every cabinet and drawer was stuffed full. Keith and his team showed up on time and immediately went to work. Keith was honest and recommended that we get a large dumpster in order to get rid of some of her things that she no longer uses, and thank goodness we did because that dumpster was full by the time we were finished. Keith was also amazing with my Aunt. He never made her feel bad about the mess and constantly reassured her of his role. Highly recommend!!
Keith and his team have redone my kitchen. They’re very thorough very nice people to work with. I recommend this company and I’m thankful that they took care of my mold issues completely.

I can’t say enough about this company, and specifically Chris as I dealt with him. He is amazing. My brother passed away on October 7, 2022. I was referred by the officer on the scene. I received a call back within 1 hour from Chris. He made time to see me on Saturday and began working on Sunday. By Tuesday everything was done and done perfectly. I was able to tell the property manager that the apartment was clean. She couldn’t believe it was done so quickly!! I highly recommend Bio One. Chris was kind, professional, and always followed through. I just am so impressed.
