Keith Clark
Owner
Keith Clark is the owner of Bio-One of Fort Lauderdale and is a graduate of NOVA Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale where he received his MBA. Keith also holds a Masters of Environmental Science in Environmental Engineering from Columbia Southern University. Keith began his career in Marine Engineering and served in the Merchant Marines. He then became a Senior Engineer for the Environmental Control Systems department at Kennedy Space Center where he helped process the spacelabs for shuttle missions. He later became a Facilities manager for the processing side of the Payloads missions and facilities. Keith has owned multiple business including property management, facilities management, a facilities project manager, wholesale food distribution, and a franchise owner for tax consulting on commercial real estate ventures. Keith decided to join the Bio-One family when the opportunity to help others opened up in Florida. Keith has a true passion for helping others and gets to continue this passion for helping others in difficult times and serving those in his community through Bio-One.

HIGHLY recommend Keith Clark with BioOne. He should be at least 1 of your quotes! We had a death in a home with a hoarder / cat situation in which we dealt with each one 2 months apart. He did exactly WHAT he promised, WHEN he promised and was flexible to unforeseen issues that came up. Sometimes not charging and sometimes understandably needing to charge more but it was a fair price when he could have taken advantage of the situation. He ALWAYS took our calls or called us back in a reasonable amount of time. He was knowledgeable, considerate & compassionate to the situation which wasn't fun to deal with. He was on site most of the time, and when he wasn't he gave specific instructions and everyone kept busy. Keith was engaged, upbeat, energetic, communicated with us well, treated his employees with respect and worked along side of them. His workers were nice (shout out to Chris too), very hard working people dealing with this mess of a house. Lastly he was competitively priced. Actually he was less than half of 1 quote which we couldn't have afforded. I wish more companies did business like Keith, life would be so much more easy!!
